Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement

By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to its terms. You understand that you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to commence legal action or seek compensation from Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc.

 

Entertainment Venue Disclaimer

Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. is an entertainment venue only. We do not provide medical treatment, counselling, anger management, therapy, or mental health services. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate any session where a participant appears impaired or poses a safety risk to themselves, others, staff, or the facility.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation involves inherent risks including slips, trips, falls, broken glass, flying debris, sharp objects, equipment misuse, physical exertion, actions of other participants, and other hazards that may result in injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks.

Medical Fitness

I confirm I am physically and mentally fit to participate and am not under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair my judgment. I understand participation may be unsuitable for individuals with pregnancy, heart conditions, seizure disorders, recent surgery, mobility limitations, or other medical conditions affecting safe participation.

Safety Rules

I agree to wear all required PPE, attend the safety briefing, follow all staff instructions, use equipment only as directed, and comply with all posted rules. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, affiliates, successors, and representatives from any and all claims arising from my participation, including claims alleging negligence except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, losses, legal fees, and expenses arising from my participation or my breach of this Agreement.

Property Damage

I accept responsibility for intentional or reckless damage to the facility, equipment, fixtures, cameras, lighting, doors, walls, windows, PPE, or any property beyond the intended smash items and agree to reimburse Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. for repair or replacement costs.

Outside Items

I understand any outside item must be inspected and approved before entering the facility. Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. may refuse any item for safety, environmental, operational, or legal reasons.

Security Cameras

I acknowledge that video surveillance is used throughout the facility, including smash rooms, for safety, security, incident investigation, training, and loss prevention.

Minors

Minimum participant age is 10. Participants aged 10–17 require a parent or legal guardian to sign this Agreement before participating.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Manitoba and applicable Canadian law. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Manitoba.

Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Agreement, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I understand I am giving up important legal rights, including the right to sue.
