RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS. YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO COMMENCE LEGAL ACTION OR SEEK COMPENSATION AGAINST UNLEASHED RAGE ROOMS INC.

In consideration of being permitted to enter the premises of Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. and participate in any activities, events, services, or use of the facilities, smash rooms, equipment, tools, protective gear, or premises (collectively referred to as the "Activities"), I voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions.

I acknowledge that participation in the Activities involves inherent and unavoidable risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the level of care exercised by Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions, contact with broken glass or sharp objects, flying debris, equipment failure or misuse, physical exertion, property damage, acts or omissions of other participants, failure to follow safety instructions, and other unforeseen hazards that may result in personal injury, permanent disability, emotional distress, property loss, or death. I fully understand these risks and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating safely in the Activities. I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or any substance or medication that may impair my judgment or ability to participate safely. I acknowledge that participation may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical, physical, or mental health conditions, including pregnancy,

I accept full responsibility for determining whether I am fit to participate. I agree to immediately notify staff of any condition that may affect my safety and agree to comply with all safety rules, staff instructions, equipment requirements, and operational procedures at all times. I understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in my removal from the facility without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and forever hold harmless Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., together with its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, affiliates, successors, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or compensation arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activities, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties, except where prohibited by applicable law.

I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, legal proceedings, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the Activities or from my breach of this Agreement.

I understand that photographs and video recordings may occasionally be taken within the facility for promotional, advertising, educational, or social media purposes. Unless I notify Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. in writing prior to my participation, I grant permission for my image, likeness, voice, or appearance to be used without compensation in any current or future promotional materials.

I acknowledge that participation in the Activities is entirely voluntary. Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must have this Agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating. The minimum participant age is ten (10) years.

I understand and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada. I agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Activities shall be brought exclusively before the courts located within the Province of Manitoba.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement in its entirety. I fully understand its contents, understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue, and acknowledge that I am signing this Agreement freely, voluntarily, and without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee. I intend for this Agreement to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, next of kin, and assigns.
