RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

Welcome to Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc.

Before participating in any activity on our premises, please carefully read and acknowledge the following agreement. By booking, signing, or entering the facility, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in any Unleashed Rage Rooms activity, you agree to comply with all posted and verbal safety rules, staff instructions, and policies. You acknowledge that Unleashed Rage Rooms may update these terms at any time for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

2. Age & Identification

Participants must be 10 years or older. Ages 10–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also sign this waiver. A valid photo ID is required for all participants 18+.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to impact from thrown or struck objects sharp debris, glass, metal, or splinter hazards Slips, trips, or falls on uneven flooring exposure to loud noises or airborne particles, physical exertion and emotional stress. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during my participation whether caused by negligence, facility conditions, or other participants.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation or presence on the premises. All participants attending a session at unleashed rage rooms Inc. Must fill out a waiver before entering into the rooms. This includes but is not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, medical costs, or emotional distress resulting from participation, regardless of cause. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Unleashed Rage Rooms staff to seek and/or provide medical assistance on my behalf and agree to assume all associated costs.

5. Damage Liability

Participants agree not to intentionally damage permanent fixtures including cameras, lighting, walls, or property not designated for smashing. A minimum $250 replacement fee applies to intentional damage. Participants are financially responsible for willful misconduct or negligence.

6. Booking, Payment & Refunds Policy

Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged. Bookings made by phone or email require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are refundable in full. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. Reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions for safety or operational reasons.

7. Safety & Conduct

Mandatory attire: long sleeves, pants, and closed-toe shoes. Provided safety gear must be worn at all times. Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Accessibility & Facility Notice

Our facility was originally designed as an automotive shop and is partially grandfathered under local accessibility and building codes. Entry and exit are ramp-accessible via overhead door. Washroom facilities may not meet full accessibility standards. Room doorways are standard width and may not accommodate larger mobility aids. Rooms include loud sounds, flashing lights, and flying debris that may affect individuals with sensory or mobility sensitivities. We encourage guests requiring accommodation to contact us before booking. Staff may adjust or decline participation if a reasonable safety accommodation cannot be achieved.

9. Personal Belongings
Unleashed Rage Rooms is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are encouraged to leave valuables at home.

10. Facility Environment

Unleashed Rage Rooms operates in a grandfathered, industrial-grade facility originally designed as a commercial space. The facility takes reasonable steps between sessions to maintain safe air quality including opening doors and circulating air between groups. Cleaning and removing dust, debris, and glass after each session. By signing, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to airborne dust or odors consistent with the nature of smash-room activities, and you accept any related risk.

11. Media & Privacy

Participants consent to being recorded by in-room security cameras for safety and liability purposes. Photos or videos captured by staff may be used for marketing with verbal consent.

Guests may record their own sessions using approved devices. Personal information is collected only for service delivery and will not be shared or sold.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively within its jurisdiction.

14. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By signing below, I confirm that, I have read and understood this waiver in full. I am physically capable of safely participating, I accept all risks and agree to follow all safety instructions, I voluntarily waive any and all claims against Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. arising from my participation.
