Before taking part in any activities at Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., please take a moment to read this Agreement. By booking a session, signing this document, or entering our facility, you’re confirming that you’ve read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined here. For verification purposes, we kindly request a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., a driver’s license or passport). Photo ID submission is optional but encouraged.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

 

By participating in any activity offered by Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., you acknowledge and agree to comply with all posted and verbally communicated safety rules, policies, and instructions provided by staff. You further acknowledge and agree that Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time for safety, legal, or operational purposes, and that continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Age & Identification

 

Participants must be at least ten (8) years of age to participate in any activity. Participants between the ages of ten (8) and seventeen (17) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is required to execute this waiver on their behalf. Participants aged sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide a signed consent form. Participants eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate independently. Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. reserves the right to require valid government-issued photo identification from participants aged eighteen (18) and older.

 

3. Assumption of Risk

 

All activities conducted by Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., including but not limited to rage room smash sessions, paintball activities, and car smash experiences, involve inherent risks. These risks may include, without limitation, flying debris such as glass, ceramic, metal, plastic, or wood; injuries resulting from swung or thrown objects; paintball impacts or ricochets; sharp edges or vehicle debris during car smash sessions; slips, trips, or falls; exposure to loud noises and airborne dust; and physical exertion or strain. By participating in any activity, you acknowledge and understand these inherent risks and voluntarily agree to assume full responsibility for participation, doing so at your own risk.

 

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

 

I hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., including its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and landlord, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in activities or presence on the premises. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, or emotional distress, regardless of cause. I acknowledge and understand that all participants attending any session at Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. are required to complete and sign a waiver prior to entering any activity area. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. staff to obtain and/or administer medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any and all medical services provided.

 

5. Damage Liability

 

​Participants agree not to intentionally damage or tamper with any permanent fixtures, equipment, or property not expressly designated for use during activities, including but not limited to cameras, lighting, walls, or structural components. Any intentional damage to such property will result in a minimum replacement or repair fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250), which may increase based on the actual cost of repair or replacement. Participants shall be financially responsible for any damage resulting from willful misconduct or negligence.

 

6. Booking, Payment & Refunds Policy

 

Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Bookings made by phone or email require a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total booking cost. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25) rescheduling fee. Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to safety concerns, equipment issues, or operational necessities, in which case appropriate accommodations or refunds will be provided at the sole discretion of the company.

 

7. Safety & Prohibited Actions

 

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc.: striking, damaging, or tampering with walls, doors, plexiglass, cameras, lighting, or any permanent fixtures; aiming paintball markers at any person or firing at anything outside of the participant’s designated lane or target area; entering any smash room or paintball area without the required personal protective equipment; participating while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substances; and engaging in aggressive, reckless, or unsafe behavior. Any violation of these safety rules or staff instructions may result in immediate removal from the facility without refund and may result in additional charges or liability for damages incurred.

 

8. Accessibility & Facility Notice

 

Our facility was originally designed as an automotive shop and is partially grandfathered under local accessibility and building codes. Entry and exit are ramp-accessible via overhead door. Washroom facilities may not meet full accessibility standards. Room doorways are standard width and may not accommodate larger mobility aids. Rooms include loud sounds, flashing lights, and flying debris that may affect individuals with sensory or mobility sensitivities. We encourage guests requiring accommodation to contact us before booking. Staff may adjust or decline participation if a reasonable safety accommodation cannot be achieved.

 

9. Personal Belongings

 

Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises. Participants are strongly encouraged to leave all valuables at home, as participation in activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk with respect to personal belongings.

 

10. Facility Environment

 

Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. operates within a grandfathered, industrial-grade facility originally designed for commercial use. The company takes reasonable measures between sessions to promote a safe environment, including ventilating activity areas, circulating air, and cleaning and removing dust, debris, and glass after each session. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and understand that participation in smash-room and related activities may result in exposure to airborne dust, odors, or debris inherent to the nature of the activities, and you voluntarily accept and assume any risks associated with such exposure.

 

11. Media & Privacy

 

Participants acknowledge and consent to being recorded by in-room security cameras for safety, security, and liability purposes. Any photographs or video recordings captured by Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. staff may be used for marketing or promotional purposes only with the participant’s verbal consent. Participants may record their own sessions using personal devices approved by staff, provided such recording does not interfere with safety protocols or operations. Personal information collected by Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. is used solely for the purpose of service delivery and business operations and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

 

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

 

Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the company’s website or other official communication channels. Continued participation in or use of Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. services constitutes your full acceptance of and agreement to any such modifications.

 

13. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or participation in activities at Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Province of Manitoba.

 

14. Acknowledgment of Understanding

 

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability. I confirm that I am physically capable of safely participating in the activities offered by Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., that I accept all inherent risks associated with participation, and that I will comply with all posted and verbal safety instructions. I voluntarily waive any and all claims against Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and the facility arising from my participation or presence on the premises.
