By booking or participating in any session at Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 10 and older, with all applicable parental or guardian requirements enforced for minors.
All participants voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with rage room activities, including but not limited to physical exertion and interaction with breakable materials.
Completion of a valid waiver is mandatory prior to participation, and all safety rules, instructions, and staff direction must be followed at all times. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Cancellation and refund policies are strictly enforced as outlined at the time of booking. Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
By entering the facility, you consent to the use of photography or video recording for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in advance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
