WHAT IS UNLEASHED RAGE ROOMS™?
 
Unleashed Rage Rooms™ offers a professionally supervised smash experience where participants safely release stress by breaking approved items such as glassware, electronics, and select furniture.

Every session is carefully curated, structured, and actively monitored by trained staff to ensure a controlled, high-impact experience without unnecessary risk.

Our experiences are ideal for stress relief, family outings, birthday celebrations, corporate team-building events, and group gatherings. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. 
 
ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled session time, as sessions begin promptly. This ensures ample time for gear fitting and safety instructions, so you can start smashing immediately and enjoy the full 30-minute experience.
 
SAFETY AND SUPERVISION
 
Every participant receives full protective safety gear, including a face shield, gloves, and required personal protective equipment. Approved smash tools are provided, along with a mandatory safety briefing prior to entry.

All sessions are actively supervised by trained staff. Protective equipment must be worn at all times while inside smash areas.
 
ROOM CAPACITY AND ROTATION:
 
A maximum of four participants are permitted inside a smash room at one time. For safety purposes, only one to two participants may actively smash at any given moment.

Groups will rotate accordingly to ensure both safety and fairness. All sessions are time-based. Smash crates are curated to last for the full duration of your booking.
 
DRESS CODE REQUIREMENTS:
 
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Long sleeves are strongly recommended. Long hair must be tied back, and loose jewelry must be removed prior to participation.

Approved protective coveralls are available on-site if needed. Participants who do not meet footwear or safety requirements may be denied participation without refund.
 
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
 
General sessions are available for participants ages 8 and older. All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.

Children ages 8–12 are required to have direct supervision while participating in our rage rooms. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, minors are provided with age-appropriate, kid-friendly breakable items during their smash session. Our goal is to maintain a fun environment while prioritizing the safety of all participants.
 
APPROVED SMASH ITEMS:
 
We include only items approved for rage room use, such as bottles and glassware, plates, flat-screen electronics (non-CRT only), printers, monitors, desktop towers, furniture, and approved appliances.

The following items are never included in the rooms: CRT (tube) televisions, pressurized containers or aerosols, items containing liquids, oils, or chemicals, and loose sharp metal scraps or blades.
 
CAR SMASH EXPERIENCE – ENHANCED RISK NOTICE:
 
Car smash activities involve elevated risk compared to standard smash sessions, including but not limited to heavy metal debris, structural rebound impact, increased-force tools, elevated noise levels, and sharp automotive components. Additional safety protocols apply. Participants must strictly follow all staff instructions during vehicle smash activities.
 
BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY:
 
For online bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds are available only if the session is canceled within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. For phone or email bookings, a 50 percent deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
 
Deposits are refundable only if canceled within 24 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Sessions may be paused or terminated without refund for safety violations. Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears intoxicated, impaired, aggressive, or otherwise unsafe.
 
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME:
 
Unleashed Rage Rooms does not guarantee emotional, therapeutic, or psychological outcomes from participation. Individual experiences may vary.

OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBILITY:
 
After every session, materials are carefully sorted and handled responsibly. Metals are recycled through appropriate scrap channels. Select electronics and plastics are collected by third-party recyclers.

Shattered glass is disposed of safely in accordance with municipal regulations. Many smash items are sourced from donations or surplus materials to help reduce waste. While rage rooms are designed to be destructive by nature, we remain committed to handling all materials safely, responsibly, and transparently.
