Unleashed Rage Rooms was founded in 2024 during a time marked by loss and deep grief. Our family experienced firsthand how overwhelming life can become when loss, stress, and emotional weight collide. In searching for a healthy way to cope, we discovered that controlled destruction could be a powerful and surprisingly freeing form of release.
What began as a way to process grief has grown into a family-owned business built on resilience, healing, and empowerment. Today, Unleashed Rage Rooms exists as a safe, controlled space where people can release anger, stress, and frustration or simply come to have fun and let go no matter what life throws their way.

At Unleashed Rage Rooms, every activity is designed to give you a satisfying, cathartic experience. Whether you’re here to blow off steam, celebrate a milestone, or just enjoy some adrenaline-fueled fun, we’ve got you covered.
Every item in our rooms is carefully sourced many rescued from landfills so smashing them is both therapeutic and environmentally conscious. And when your session is done, we handle all the cleanup so you can focus on the relief and exhilaration of letting go.
WHAT IS DESTRUCTION THERAPY?
Destruction Therapy, or “destructotherapy,” originated in Spain and is becoming a leading method for stress relief. By giving people a safe space to smash, break, and throw objects, it’s possible to release tension, reset your mind, and leave feeling lighter, happier, and more energized. At Unleashed Rage Rooms, every session is safe, supervised, and designed to maximize that cathartic release.

We are proud to be the only rage and smash room business in Canada of its kind, and the first in Manitoba to combine a rage room, car smash, paintballing, and additional interactive activities all under one roof. HOW IT WORKS?
Choosing your Smash Session is the first step simply pick the experience that fits your vibe and send in your booking request. On smash day, arrive wearing closed-toe shoes and clothing you don’t mind getting a little dusty. Long sleeves and full-length pants are recommended for everyone and required for anyone 17 or younger to ensure safety.
When you arrive, our team will gear you up with all the protective equipment you need. Once suited up, you’ll step into your personal destruction zone, grab your weapon of choice, and let loose on whatever’s waiting for you inside. Break it, smash it, crush it this is your moment to fully unleash.

Age Requirement: 8+
Please note that pricing is subject to change without notice. Any 50% deposits for bookings made outside of our online website are non-refundable. Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of the reason.
Participation in our activities is a privilege. For the safety of all guests and staff, Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to pause or terminate any session at any time if conduct guidelines or safety rules are not followed.
Arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the session and/or deposit, depending on the length of the delay and current booking volume. Unleashed Rage Rooms is not responsible for time or deposits lost due to late arrival.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
We offer a curated selection of smash packages designed to give you a seamless and satisfying experience. You’re welcome to enjoy your own music playlist during your session, and you may bring approved items and smashing tools to smash at no additional cost.
Recording your session with your own device is also free of charge. Each room has a capacity of four-five people at a time. Larger groups will be split into multiple rooms. For safety, we do not allow unsafe items such as CRT televisions or monitors, CFL light bulbs, or any combustibles. At Unleashed Rage Rooms, we smash responsibly.

At Unleashed Rage Rooms, we take a responsible approach to how materials are handled after each session.
Following every experience, smashed items are carefully sorted by our team. Whenever possible, recyclable materials such as metal are diverted through proper scrap recycling channels. Some electronic components and plastics are also collected by third-party partners for appropriate reuse or recycling.
Due to municipal recycling guidelines, shattered glass cannot be recycled once broken and is therefore safely disposed of through regular waste, in accordance with local regulations.
Many of the items used in our rage rooms are sourced through donations or surplus materials, giving them a second purpose before disposal and helping reduce overall waste.
While rage rooms are inherently a destructive experience, we are committed to handling materials responsibly, safely, and transparently at every stage.
