WHAT IS A RAGE ROOM?

A rage room is a controlled smash experience where participants safely break and destroy objects inside a supervised environment using provided tools and safety equipment.

 

ARE BOOKINGS PRIVATE?

Yes. All bookings at Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc. are private to your group only. We do not combine separate groups together inside rooms.

 

WHAT ITEMS DO WE SMASH?

Depending on your package, smash items may include:

• Glass bottles and glassware

• Plates and ceramics

• Small electronics

• Printers

• Monitors

• Decorative items

• Specialty smash items

 

Premium smash upgrades such as TVs and larger electronics may also be available depending on inventory.

 

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Session times vary depending on the package selected and group size.

Typical experiences range from:

• 30 minutes

• 45 minutes

• 60–75 minutes for larger private groups

 

IS SAFETY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED?

Yes. All participants are provided with required personal protective equipment (PPE), including face protection, gloves, and additional protective gear depending on the experience.

A mandatory safety briefing is also completed before every session.

 

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

Our recommended minimum age is generally 10+ with parent or guardian consent.

Some experiences may have additional restrictions depending on the activity and group setup.

 

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ITEMS TO SMASH?

Yes, approved personal smash items may be brought in with staff approval.

Items containing hazardous materials, chemicals, batteries, propane, or unsafe components are not permitted.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT LARGE GROUPS OR CORPORATE EVENTS?

Yes. We specialize in:

• Corporate team building

• Healthcare staff events

• Birthday parties

• Bachelor & bachelorette parties

• Sports teams

• School and youth groups

• Large private group experiences

 

Our facility can accommodate larger group rotations across multiple rooms.

 

DO YOU OFFER DAYTIME BOOKINGS?

Yes. While we are primarily open Fridays through Sundays, daytime and weekday private group bookings may be available with advance notice.

 

CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC?

Yes. Many groups choose to connect their own playlist during the experience for a more personalized atmosphere.

 

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

Participants must wear:

• Closed-toe footwear

• Old comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity

 

Loose sandals, heels, or open-toe footwear are not permitted.

 

ARE THERE REFUNDS?

Deposits used to secure private bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on notice provided and booking type.

Yes. Premium smash upgrades may include:

• Flat-screen TVs

• Printers

We do offer accessible entry into the facility; however, due to the nature of the building and smash environments, some accessibility limitations may apply.
