Do I need a waiver?
''Yes. Everyone must complete a waiver before smashing.
You can fill it out online during booking or in person at arrival.''
Do I need a reservation or can I walk in?
''We highly recommend booking ahead to secure your time slot.
Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.''
What should I wear?
''Closed-toe shoes are required and long sleeves recommended.
We provide all protective gear including face shields and gloves.''
What are the age requirements?
''Standard smash rooms: Ages 10+
Kids Smash Packages: Ages 10–13 with parent/guardian present.''
How long is a session?
''Session duration depends on the package chosen.
Booking system clearly shows time length for each experience.''
Can we bring our own smash items?
''Yes — FREE of charge!
Items must be checked by staff for safety before smashing.''
What items are NOT allowed?
''Chemicals/pressurized containers
Firearms or ammunition
Food waste
Anything toxic or flammable.''
Do you accept walk-in payments?
''depends on booking availability and rooms — debit, cash, credit, tap, and gift cards are accepted.''
Can I record videos/photos?
''Absolutely! We encourage capturing the chaos.''
Can we watch if we aren’t smashing?
''Non-smash spectators require approval and may be limited for safety reasons.''
Do you offer corporate or team events?
''Yes — we specialize in stress-relief team-builders!
