Late Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in and gear up. Note that we may have bookings scheduled immediately after your session, so it is important to be on time. If you arrive more than 5-10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your group right away and you may need to wait until an availability opens (this could be up to 1 hour or more, especially during busy times). If you are running behind, please give us a call and we will do our absolute best to accommodate or book you for a different time slot.
Damage Liability Policy
Please note that there will be a minimum $250 fee for intentionally destroying any permanent fixtures and structure in the smash rooms including the spools, security cameras, speakers, windows, lighting, or any other permanent fixtures not designated for smashing.
