Safety & Experience Guidelines
Your safety is our top priority.
 
All participants will be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including a face shield, protective gloves, and any additional gear required for the session.
 
For your safety and the safety of others, long hair must be securely tied back, and jewelry should not be worn during the activity.
 
Closed-toe footwear is mandatory; sandals, Crocs, and other open-toe shoes are not permitted.

We strongly recommend wearing long sleeves. Optional coveralls are available for those who arrive in appropriate attire.
 
A mandatory safety briefing is conducted prior to entry to ensure all participants understand proper procedures and expectations.
 
All sessions are actively supervised by trained staff, and protective equipment must be worn at all times within the smash areas.
 
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please arrive on time. Sessions begin promptly, and your scheduled time starts at the beginning of your booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced time inside the smash room.
 
For the safety of all guests and staff, any session may be paused or terminated without refund in the event of safety violations.
