SAFETY POLICY
At Unleashed Rage Rooms Inc., the safety of both customers and employees is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a secure, controlled, and professionally managed environment where participants can safely engage in all activities.
 
This policy outlines the required safety standards, procedures, and responsibilities that apply to all individuals on the premises.
 
All participants are required to wear approved personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while inside any rage room or beyond designated safety boundaries.
 
Required Attire & Safety Preparation: Participants must arrive wearing old, closed-toe footwear and clothing that they do not mind getting dirty. Long sleeves and full-length pants are required to help protect exposed skin. Protective coveralls may be provided; however, participants choosing not to wear the provided coveralls must ensure their clothing provides adequate skin coverage and is suitable for messy conditions. Long hair must be securely tied back at all times. For safety reasons, all jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and dangling earrings, must be removed prior to participation.
 
All tools and equipment are routinely inspected and maintained to meet safety standards, and substitutions may be made where necessary to ensure participant safety.
 
All sessions are supervised by trained staff, and surveillance systems are in place to monitor activity and uphold safety protocols. In the event of an emergency, participants must immediately cease all activity and follow staff instructions. First aid supplies and emergency equipment are readily available on-site.
 
Participation is limited to individuals aged 10 and older, with all minors requiring a signed waiver from a legal guardian. Participants must be in suitable physical condition to engage in physical activity.
 
Entry may be denied to individuals who appear unwell or whose condition may present a safety risk. Those with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to seek medical guidance prior to participation.
 
All participants are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and adhere strictly to staff instructions. Unsafe, aggressive, or reckless behavior is not permitted. The use of alcohol or drugs before or during participation is strictly prohibited, and any individual suspected of being under the influence will be denied entry or removed without refund.
 
A completed waiver is required for all participants prior to engaging in any activity. This waiver confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of the inherent risks associated with rage room participation.
 
Employees are trained in all safety procedures, equipment handling, and emergency response protocols. Staff are equipped with appropriate protective gear and are required to follow strict safety procedures while performing their duties.
 
Ongoing training and regular safety reviews ensure that operational standards remain consistently high.
 
All incidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported immediately to staff. Appropriate response measures, including first aid and emergency services if required, will be implemented without delay. Incident reporting and review processes are in place to support continuous improvement in safety practices.
