Booking, Deposit, and Refund Policy

By booking a session, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions. A deposit is required to secure all reservations and confirm scheduled time slots.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a credit for a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are strictly non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in full forfeiture of payment, without exception.
Any session that is terminated early due to failure to comply with safety rules or staff instructions is non-refundable.
