Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING: All reservations including same-day reservations will be allowed to reschedule up to two(2) times only and will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee each time. If you miss your 2nd rescheduled time slot, your session will be lost. CANCELLATION/ REFUND: Due to limited time slots, we expect you to show up for your reservation. Requesting a refund for no-shows is NOT acceptable. All sales are final and not eligible for a refund. Any deposits made are non-refundable. A 15% processing fee will be deducted for any type of refund regardless of when payments were made.
