Service Description
30 Minutes | 1 Participant | $28 + GST Your Room. Your Time To Smash. Enjoy 30 minutes in your own private smash room with a curated selection of smashables, including glassware, ceramics, household items, and other breakable items. Smash, break, and have fun or take it up a notch with premium add-ons available at checkout for larger and specialty items. Required Attire For your safety, all participants must wear long-sleeve shirts, long pants, and closed-toe footwear. Limited protective coveralls are available on-site, or you can rent a pair for $5 per person for your session.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy​: Reservations may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A $25 rescheduling fee applies to each approved rescheduling request. Same-day rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the discretion of Unleashed Rage Rooms and are subject to availability and the applicable rescheduling fee. If a reservation is missed or the customer fails to attend their second rescheduled appointment, the booking will be considered forfeited, and a new reservation and payment will be required. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the 50% deposit will be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and associated preparation. Any remaining balance that has been paid beyond the non-refundable 50% deposit may be eligible for a refund when the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to the terms of this policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no-shows, and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. NO-SHOWS If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, your reservation will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. IMPORTANT By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
