Service Description
30 Minutes | 2 Participants | $56 + GST Break Things. Make Memories. Do It Together. Grab your partner, best friend, sibling, or family member and enjoy a private 30-minute smash session together. Your package includes a large shared selection of standard smashables, safety gear, a safety briefing, smash tools, music, and staff support. Premium Add-Ons: TVs, monitors, printers, electronics, specialty smashables, and extra smash crates are not included and are available separately at checkout or at our location. Perfect For: Date nights, couples, best friends, families, birthdays, and celebrations. Required Attire: Long-sleeve shirt, long pants, and closed-toe footwear are required. Limited coveralls are available, or rent a pair for $5 per person.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy​: Reservations may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A $25 rescheduling fee applies to each approved rescheduling request. Same-day rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the discretion of Unleashed Rage Rooms and are subject to availability and the applicable rescheduling fee. If a reservation is missed or the customer fails to attend their second rescheduled appointment, the booking will be considered forfeited, and a new reservation and payment will be required. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, the 50% deposit will be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and associated preparation. Any remaining balance that has been paid beyond the non-refundable 50% deposit may be eligible for a refund when the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to the terms of this policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no-shows, and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. NO-SHOWS If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, your reservation will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. IMPORTANT By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
