Service Description
A high-energy smash experience designed specifically for youth. Gear up, choose your favorite playlist, and enjoy 20 minutes of safe, supervised destruction in your own private smash room. It’s the perfect way to celebrate, have fun with friends, and experience controlled, stress-free release in a structured environment. What’s Included ✓ 20-minute private smash session ✓ 1–4 participants per booking ✓ Full protective safety gear for every participant ✓ Age-appropriate selection of glassware, ceramics, and breakable items ✓ Bluetooth speaker for your own music ✓ Safety briefing and staff supervision ✓ Private smash room experience ✓ Digital waiver required before participation Important Information Ages 10–15: A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver and remain on-site during the session Ages 16–17: A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver before participation Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants Advance reservations are required (no walk-ins) Optional upgrades and additional smash items are available for purchase Additional Participants Extra participants can be added for a discounted rate of $15 per person. Please note: discounted additional participants do not receive a fully curated smash crate or bonus smash item. We recommend adding optional upgrades or add-ons to enhance the experience and ensure enough smash materials for the entire group. Additional Note All participants must follow staff instructions at all times. Proper protective gear must be worn throughout the entire session. Any personal items brought for approval must be reviewed by staff prior to participation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy By booking a session with Unleashed Rage Rooms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A deposit or full payment is required to secure all reservations and scheduled time slots. Booking Changes: Requests to modify a booking, including removing participants, changing packages, or removing add-ons after payment has been made, are subject to approval and may not be eligible for a refund or price adjustment. Any approved changes will be applied as a credit toward a future booking at the discretion of Unleashed Rage Rooms. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and all payments will be forfeited. Safety & Conduct: Any participant or group removed from a session or whose session is terminated due to failure to follow safety rules, staff instructions, or facility policies will not receive a refund, credit, or rescheduled session. Unleashed Rage Rooms reserves the right to refuse service, modify bookings when necessary, and enforce all booking, cancellation, and refund policies at its sole discretion. Any session terminated early due to safety violations is non-refundable.
